Some of my favorite recipes:
Spinach Pie and Greek Salad
Two great tastes that taste great together. Someday I'll also put my fabulous Hummus recipe up here
as well. Spinach Pie may sound yucky to a lot of people (my mom still refuses to try it) but I'm telling
you, there's nothing better. Greek Salad is a perfect accompaniment for it.
Jim's Kitchen-Famous Superbowl Dip featuring The
World's Best Taco Meat
My Superbowl Dip, so named because I first made it for a Superbowl party, is simply a fantastic layered
Mexican Dip, but without the nasty chick stuff in it (i.e. Guacamole, black olives, etc.). My taco
meat recipe is ten times better than (and almost as easy to make as) a mix.
Buffalo Wings with Bleu Cheese Dressing
Here's a really good recipe I got off the Food Network web site a while back. I had always loved
Buffalo Wings, but they're so inconsistent from place to place. The wings in this recipe are great; spicy but
not overpowering. The bleu cheese dressing is pretty good, but it's easier to go to the store and buy
a jar of T. Marzetti's.
Chicken Enchiladas
This fabulous enchiladas recipe originally came from a very hoity-toity cookbook, but I've spiced it up
a bit.
Basic Red Sauce
Just your basic italian tomato sauce--a base for making spaghetti, lasagna, other pasta
dishes, pizza, etc.

The Food Network
You probably noticed from the picture on my home page that I'm not exactly slender. Well, one of
my many interests is food. I am a terrific cook, and it's hard to stay thin when you're eating such
great food all the time. The Food Network web site has recipes from all their cooking show, including
my favorites, Emeril Live and Two Fat Ladies.

Clear the Fridge!
Another good recipe site. This one has a unique and fun feature. You can choose what's in your
refrigerator from a list of hundreds of ingredients and then search for recipes combining the ingredients you have.
Hint: click the "Ingredients" link.
